CRPS Treatment When Nothing Else Has Worked

Tara Rae Moss: ‘So many doctors in different continents told me that I would never recover’

Welcome home for Swanage teen after life changing US treatment

"Em gave it everything, even if she was having a bad day. The clinic was just amazing and it was so good to be surrounded by other people who were going through the same thing.”

“What I’ve already experienced beats all the odds. I am so grateful for this moment after almost eight years of profound dizziness, brain fog, fatigue, mobility impairment, and constant excruciating pain I was told would never end.”

Patient Experiences

What is the investment for the program?

The average total investment for the 14-week immersive treatment program ranges between $42,000 and $60,000. A $2,500 deposit secures your start date.

Because our multidisciplinary care model operates outside traditional insurance billing structures, treatment is privately funded.

Patients pursue a variety of approaches to fund treatment, including personal savings, support from family, medical financing programs, and in some cases community fundraising. We’re happy to discuss common planning pathways during your consultation.

Is the program covered by insurance?

Our program is not covered by insurance and most patients self-fund,fund-raise or utlize family support, some patients may qualify for partial reimbursement depending on their individual policy. After your consultation, we’re happy to provide billing codes so you can check with your insurance provider to see whether any portion of your treatment may be reimbursed.

How long is the treatment program?

The program spans approximately 14 weeks and takes place onsite at our Fayetteville, Arkansas facility.

Treatment occurs Monday through Thursday, typically between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM, with multiple sessions per day depending on individual progress.

Do I need to relocate to participate?

Yes. Treatment is delivered onsite in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Most patients temporarily relocate for the duration of the program to fully participate in the structured schedule.

Our team can provide general guidance on lodging options in the area during your consultation.

What conditions do you treat?

We treat complex chronic pain and related conditions including CRPS, Fibromyalgia, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), POTS and dysautonomia, Long COVID, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and other persistent pain disorders.

Our multidisciplinary approach is designed to address underlying drivers of chronic pain and functional disruption — not just temporary symptom relief.

"From the minute we walked through the door and made welcome by the team at the front desk we knew we were in the right place to help my wife’s conditions of pots and fnd , the entire place is so welcoming and helpful and I cannot believe they have helped my wife and changed our life especially when we didn’t find it possible."

  • Nerves become hypersensitive
  • Pain signals amplify

Moving Beyond Symptom Suppression

See If You’re a Candidate
CRPS is a malfunctioning nervous system.

When the autonomic nervous system becomes imbalanced:
Until that imbalance is corrected, the cycle continues.
Our approach restores regulation within the central and autonomic nervous systems to produce measurable physiologic change, rather than simply suppressing symptoms.
